By accessing or using Hi Emoji! (hiemoji.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Hi Emoji! immediately.
1. Nature of Service
Hi Emoji! is a free, browser-based emoji finder, picker, and Unicode reference tool. Emoji data loads into your browser and all searching, browsing, and copying operations happen locally through client-side JavaScript. The entity responsible for operating Hi Emoji! is identified in the Hi Emoji! Impressum.
2. As-Is Provision
Hi Emoji! is provided strictly on an "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and defects, whether known or unknown. The entity operating Hi Emoji! expressly disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, and freedom from errors or interruptions.

Emoji names, descriptions, keywords, Unicode code points, and HTML entities are provided for reference purposes. You are responsible for verifying any information obtained through Hi Emoji! before relying on it for any consequential purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entity operating Hi Emoji!, together with its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns, shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Hi Emoji!, regardless of the theory of liability. 7. Service Continuity
The entity operating Hi Emoji! reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Hi Emoji!, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
8. Modification of Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Your continued use of Hi Emoji! following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the entity operating Hi Emoji! is registered, as identified in the Hi Emoji! Impressum, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Severability

11. Translations
Hi Emoji! Terms of Use may be provided in languages other than English as a courtesy. In the event of any conflict between the English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.

These Terms of Use, together with the Hi Emoji! Privacy Policy and the Hi Emoji! Impressum, constitute the entire agreement between you and the entity operating Hi Emoji! regarding your use of the service.
